Cream Cheese "Frosting" for Sandwich cake
This is a simple and lovely "frosting" that makes the sandwich cake a showstopper.

- 1 block cream cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tsp dill
- 1 tsp dried parsley
To assemble the cake: Slice bread so that you have 3 layers. Spread with mayonnaise and or mustard, or whatever you like on your sandwiches, on each layer and add your egg salad and or tuna and or cucumbers. Or try the meat version with ham, cheese and turkey. Then, when you've got that assembled, ice it with the cream cheese mixture..
