Ingredients
  

  • brown rice, wild rice and/or quinoa cooked
  • veggie chicken strips or other protein
  • any mix of broccoli, edamame, cauliflower rice,
  • cilantro
  • salsa
  • cheese
  • sour cream
  • olive tepanade
  • tomatoes
  • grated carrots
  • avocado
  • pepitas, pine nuts, cashews or any seeds or nuts
  • lentil soup optional
  • Cafe Yumm Sauce

Method
 

  1. Heat up your rice and protein and pop it in a bowl
  2. add any or all the toppings of your choice.
