Hello friends!
Summer is busy. I
feel like I’ve been running around like mad!
All good but, as you may have noticed…I’m behind. I’m a slacker! I’ve…
At any given time, in my pocket you may find: peanuts, alfalfa, dehydrated meal worms or maybe even a chipmunk. I can’t bear the thought of a critter running up to me for a snack and being empty handed and disappointing them. I’m a disaster when it comes to animals. I seriously want to save them all. Currently I have 3 dogs, 2 cats, 1 chicken, 2 goats. In the pasture… lots of cows. In the wild I feed the chipmunks, squirrels, wood ducks, mallards, Canada geese, tons of wild birds. Flitting about the yard we have wood peckers, sap suckers, mergansers, blue heron, nutria, river otters, weasels, skunks…you name it, we’ve got it on our 20 acres. It’s Momma Jill Heaven!

Tiny flowers touch my heart the most. We pass them by and may not pay attention to them like we do the stately peonies and roses, but these tiny flowers display their magnificent beauty whether we see them or not. They are the center of their own universe and stand proud without any regard for the attention they do or do not receive.
